Hi,

I have been married for 28 years and have two children. We live with my in-laws. The house is under their name but we built the house and pay all the bills.

3 weeks ago my father-in-law passed away, so there is my mother-in-law. After she dies, the house will go in my husband's name. Does anyone else have the right to take this?

I'm stressed out as nothing is on my name.

Does your husband have any siblings? Or children?
Does anybody else live in the home or have been significant to your parent-in-laws?

Well if your husband has no sibling, any challenge would be unlikely. It seems pretty straight forward. I can't see why you would have a concern?

Once your husband inherits, it becomes part of the assets of your marriage.
