My father's estate has been distributed after a 6 month period. To my surprise all that was left was the RAD paid to his nursing home. This was paid into a solicitors trust fund without probate listed under search. His bank accounts were left in debt for a small sum $7k. I expected there to be 2 - 300k left in cash.
The executor my brother claimed he had been drinking large amounts and spending large amounts though I don't accept this to be the case.
He had dimentia and the will was changed shortly after he moved to be close to the executor who is also the primary beneficiary. The executor previously told me I had been excluded from the will inexplicably.
I suspect foul play what are my options?
