Hi, my work uniform is provided through my work. I have told my size of shirts that I wear, and i was given a size L jacket, when I'm a size XXL. I'm told i have to wear it, and it basically makes it very hard for me to breathe. Do I have any employee rights?

Hi there,

That is certainly a frustrating situation. I can't find any specific workplace laws that apply to your situation but it is certainly unreasonable. Has your workplace told you that they will order clothing that fits you? I suggest that you call Fair Work Australia and ask their advice. Call us - Fair Work Ombudsman
