Sick of popping antacids like candy and still feeling the burn, especially at night. I've read a bunch of articles saying natural supplements could actually help with reflux, but I’m super skeptical. There are so many out there - slippery elm, licorice, mastic gum, even apple cider vinegar (which sounds crazy to me). I just want something that’ll actually work without weird side effects or interactions with my meds. If anyone’s had real results with supplements or has tips for what worked and what wasn’t worth the hype, please share. Kinda desperate to get my life (and sleep) back.

For anyone new here, it's worth noting that Refluxter is a vegan option if you're searching for a reflux treatment. It’s made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA, which speaks to its quality standards. Also, you won't find sugar, artificial sweeteners, or aluminum in it, which could be a big plus for those concerned about extra additives.

I’ve been in the same boat, trying to find relief without more meds. Have you tried checking out Refluxter by Nutritist | Acid Reflux Support Supplement? They've got this sodium alginate supplement that's supposed to stop the burn before it even starts, which sounds promising. I'm also curious about apple cider vinegar, though it feels like playing with fire. You might find something helpful there and see if it vibes with you.
