Probate is ready to be signed, however, one of the beneficiaries has gone AWOL. There has been no communication with them and the lawyer for over a month or with us. Is there a time limit this can be stretched out for? Is there any benefit of stretching this out?
We have agreed to pay market share of our mother's home. We have offered for the other party to nominate and come and take what they want from the house.
They stand to inherit $430K Cash! Is it greed or do they have a right to be wanting to try and get more out of the deceased estate, etc?
