Hi there, just wondering if someone can assist me.

My 16-year-old daughter had photos taken and signed a contract agreeing to pay these off. She is a minor and, under commercial law, can I legally request the contract to end for this reason?

Possibly, however the other party may then have an action against you as her legal guardian. You are legally responsible for some of your daughter's actions while she is a minor.

There may be other outs for you such as unconscionable conduct etc but a lawyer will need the specifics of the circumstances. This is a complex area of law and may not be worth the legal expense finding out.
