NSW Copyright/Multinational brands use

Hi there,
I am thinking of starting an art giftware business which incorporates the use of well known international brands logos.( mainly foods) as part of the imagery.I am interested to consider the copyright/use of well know brand logos in what could be considered a parody use of the logos? Can anyone give further insight to the legalities or point me in the right direction?

You will need to consider each individual use, and temper that against how litigious the trade mark owner is and your appetite for fending off any claims that may arise.
