Was wondering if there were any laws or issues under Contract Law regarding organisations names to be specified on a contract?

We are in the development of a new system where one organisation will be sourcing another based on a price (tendering). At the end of the sourcing process, the two organisations will be entering into a contract with each other.

Problem is that we don't want the two parties to know each others' organisation name until after the signage (which will be conducted online) as we are worried they will contact each other outside of the system, thus misusing the system, and us missing out on our commission. Even if the organisation with the least risk doesn't have to know the other organisation would be practical, but we are unsure if it is allowed.

Of course, we are considering displaying the organisation name after the contract is signed.
