I have an assignment where i have to write a case note only using opinions of only 3 judges. The point is it says it should be around 1000 but i have only 300. How can i add words? Should i just explain the opinions of only 3 judges under ruling heading?

Does not sound like you have done much critiquing maybe? Maybe you are just summarising and not really adding new interpretations or new perspectives to the case notes?

I always start my case notes by:

1 stating summary of material facts applied by each justice

2 outlining legal issue and contention discussed

3 then the legal principles judges apply and their reasoning and

4 the courts decision at end.

I'd expand reasoning to say how judges applied the legal principle to the facts.
