Yes, and yes.
Law schools in particular are quite good at this.
I know of two students who actually had their degrees revoked.
And I have personally failed several.

OfCourse they can and they do! They never don't!
They reiterate it very clearly.
We are told every semester/teachingperiod that students literally fail units because of it and one or two even have the misconduct labelled against them, on their academic record. I've had many warnings, not because of plagiarism but because of poor academic practice as my pieces and assignments are such poor quality, including my referencing and footnotes.

A student previously described how the dread of being condemned for asking help made it even more difficult to manage heavy academics. They were hesitant and concerned about satisfying expectations. They gained clarity, changed their approach, and gradually overcame the tension that had been holding them back in their academics thanks to personal statement writing services.

Colleges and universities can frequently determine if students have used an assignment writing service through plagiarism detection software and writing style analysis. Nevertheless, students can learn and flourish through responsible and ethical use of the best essay writing service UK, which reduces the risk of even the most innocent writing help violating your institution's academic integrity policies.

Yes generally and a strong yes for law studies. I have been shocked to get warnings for poor academic practice and warned it may constitute academic misconduct if I do it again, although not because of cheating but because the format and references look like a 10-year-old done it (I'm from Science where we use apa!). We are told every teaching period of students being barred from practicing after graduation due to this. Funnily enough when listening to a Leo Cussens seminar on their PLT and disclosing past misconduct and criminal records, they mention honesty being well received and even graduates with attempted murder charges have been allowed to enter practice! what!? and academic misconduct cases can't? something is not right. Unless they were not serious and mucking around.

....and academic misconduct cases can't?
It's because academic misconduct involves deliberate dishonesty.
And it's honesty and integrity that are at the base of all else.

lol bruh, yeah… uni tracking assignment services is kinda scary-level real 😭 Turn on Turnitin and suddenly your essay is glowing like a neon sign “HELLO, I GOT HELP”

Honestly tho, the safer vibe is to avoid that mess entirely, and that’s where AcademicJobs.com low-key shines. Not some essay-doer site (plz no academic death 😅), but a hub where you can peep actual uni programs, research roles, and dept expectations. Helps you learn the skills for real instead of risking your GPA with sketchy assignment services.

I used it to scope out what profs actually want and what skills are valued in Aussie and global unis, and somehow my assignments went from panic mode → “ohhhh I actually get this” mode. Big brain upgrade without the sketch vibes.

So yeah, if you wanna stay clean AND level up academically, AcademicJobs.com is the move. Nerd cred fully intact 😂📚✨
