Hi sorry I’ve asked this before! So we have had a quote for fence. Previous home owners did knockdown rebuild on their side and built up garden hence the need for retaining wall as one wasn’t built and that’s why the fence is falling! Fencer says we have to pay for half of rebuild of retaining wall for fence as it’s pre-existing (which I’m sure it’s not). Can anyone please shed light on this for me?
