QLD Australian Consumer Law - Refund on Custom Made Wedding Suit?

We purchased a custom wedding suit for my partner for our wedding costing $1400. We showed a picture to the staff of what we were after but we had to pick the fabric ourselves. We were a bit iffy with the one we chose but went ahead on their advice. The colour is nothing like what we wanted, it is very very bright and will clash with everything at the wedding.

Can I get a refund under Australian Consumer Law?

Basically if the product doesn't match what you ordered then you should have grounds for a refund. This is normally why a suit or dress shop would use fabric samples to ensure you got what you wanted. If this wasn't done then they must get a lot of people not happy with what they get.
