What goes in the Registry & Number fields at top right of each of the forms?
I assume the Number should match the respective 'Exhibit #' referenced in the other forms (affidavits) but are they arbitrarily assigned or how are they otherwise chosen?
- Form 47 - Certificate of Exhibit
- Form 101 - Application for probate (will)
- Form 104 - Affidavit of publication and service
- Form 105 - Affidavit (probate application)
