QLD Any Commercial Law Issues in Reselling Vitamins?

Hi,

I am thinking of reselling vitamins and other products to my home country. If I buy the products from the store and list them onto a website to sell them in my home country would there be any legal issue under commercial law? Do I need a reselling licence?

It appears lots of people have been reselling vitamins and infant formula to various overseas markets on ebay or whatever for some time. I don't think there is any major issue with that unless you are repackaging and relabelling.
