WA I got a theft. I don't know what should I do.

I was sleeping,and I heard some sound.
So when I opened my eyes, someone stealing my stuff. I was very shocked, and he realized I am waked up.
So he grabed my mouth lightly, and brang my wallet which include passport.
In that time, I felt scare and panic.
He spent $69 by card, and 100$ by cash.

In this case, his behavior could be offence and theft? Or Just theft? And How could I return my money?
I already report him. But I don't know what is next step.

Unfortunately, He will come out from the court tomorrow. He knows my house, and my face. And as I heard he has other friends.
What should I do? I want to move my house,but I have contract.

I don't quite understand your post. From what I gather:

Some one broke into your home whilst you were there and stole from you?

If that is the case, yes at a minimum it would be theft, it would also be aggravated burglary too.

I also don't understand the last part of your post where you say:

So he has been caught by the police and is before the courts? If that is the case you could apply for an intervention order for further protection, although I would imagine if his bail conditions (assuming he is on bail) would prohibited him from going to your address and making contact with you.

He entered my house and my room.
That reason why He can come again.
In that time He didn't broke anything.
Just I forgot to lock the balcony door.

I wonder How could I get my stuff.
I didn't realize hehad been stolen my jewelry too.
But the police said they couldn't sure where is that. Then, I couldn't find that never?
