Ok, cool and what about catagories of trade marking for starting a new app business? What would you recommend and why? I've looked into it, and the name is available and, yeah, no early warning, everything in place.
Ok, after a lot of research I've narrowed it down to trademarking, which won't allow me to do anything with pre-existing website but will secure the name from future wanters.
Trademarking is expensive so what would be the main categories that the business, the app, the development and my website (the whole project) fall under so that all are protected?
