The neighbour has won approval to build a hebel garage wall on our boundary but we want maintenance-free bare brick on our side. Although the wall replaces and supports fencing, they are pursuing entry and not negotiating on the painted hebel. I replied to an email saying that it should be dealt with under the Fences Act SA but they are calling it council approved. What rights do we have?
