NSW Can I Sell My Properties Listed on Affidavit Report?

My properties and my spouse's properties have been listed in the affidavit reports. My properties were in my own name. I wonder if I can sell those properties ?

Therefore I would suggest not selling any of your assets until they have been divided and it is all finalised.
