Smith v The Queen (2001) 206 CLR 650 (KOP[5.40])

Can someone please tell me what the (KOP) in Australian Law stands for? Is it a initials statement?

Thank you.

Looks like a reference to a textbook?
Hi, thank you.

It is a Law of Evidence Book I have and in the contents it states.

Admissibility of evidence – relevance (KOP Chapters 1-5) and on each chapter there is:

Admissibility - Relevance Smith v The Queen (2001) 206 CLR 650 (KOP[5.40]).

I just do not understand the KOP in the headings and chapter titles?

Anyway, thank you for your reply.

From the brief search I just did, I would say that you don't actually have a physical textbook but rather slideshows from a University.

Again, the reference to KOP appears to be an actual text book, ie, for rules pertaining to the admissibility of evidence look at Chapter 5, paragraph 40 of the 'KOP' textbook. I come to this conclusion based on the slideshows all over Google when searching for that term and that I don't know of any abbreviation of KOP that would appear in the citation of an Australian authority.
