WA Property Law - Is Agreement Now Considered Void?

Our landlord sold the property we rent and I know that our agreement just rolls on to the new owner, but is there a way out of it under Property Law?

I have read the agreement and there is nothing breached in the terms, but on the agreement it states the landlords name (which is now the previous owner) and then care of the Rental Company.

Can this agreement be void due to the fact that the name stated is no longer the owner?

Where do I find that in the agreement?

I've had a look through the lease agreement and can't see anything saying "assignment by the landlord"?
