I made a withdrawal and they processed it twice. They have contacted me since asking to deposit back into their account but that was all they said. Nothing along the lines of "if you fail to do so, etc. "

Legally speaking am I obligated to send the money back under Australian Consumer Law?

In short, yes, you are.

Who are you? A vendor or consumer? In short I agree - you have to pay back what is not yours, even if it was their error.

You made a "withdrawal"?
If so, was it your own money from your own account?
Or somebody else's?

Was it actually a withdrawal, or some other kind of transaction?

In any event, I agree with the above - there is no basis upon which you could get to keep the extra money.
To do so is likely to be, if nothing else, stealing.
Give it back.
