I’ve been looking into different types of board software for managing meetings and confidential documents. With so many options out there, it’s a bit overwhelming. Ideally, I’m after something that offers:

• Strong security and encryption
• Easy access for directors on mobile and desktop
• Features like agenda sharing, voting, and document storage

Has anyone here used board software for their organization or business? Which platforms would you recommend, and what are the key pros/cons you’ve noticed?
