This should be a pretty simple one to answer. I can't find anything anywhere that answers it, though, but hopefully, someone here will know.
I have a court case pending against my former partner. Let's just call her Miss X. I am filing a subpoena to a practitioner, let's call her Miss P. When I'm filling out the subpoena form, obviously, I am the Applicant. But in the subpoena, is the Respondent Miss X or Miss P?
And if the Respondent in the subpoena is Miss X, would Miss P be listed in the "Other Party" section, or just in the section that asks for the name and address of the person being subpoenaed?
