Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question, I sponsored my ex partner on a partner visa after we were married and had been together for a number of years.
Shortly after the wedding, she was unfaithful which led to me cancelling the visa.
She has now lodged an IVO against me with frivolous claims in order to get the perm residency.
Does immigration usually understand this is occurring in terms of people lodging these so quickly after separation and so shortly after I cancelled the visa? (how likely these days are they to grant PR?).
Sadly I have to battle this IVO in court. Is there anything more I can do on my side?
Thanks,
Nate
