Hi,
I have been sent a diversion questionnaire and am not very confident how to fill in some sections. I'm worrying that if the wording or tone is not correct it may affect my chances of being granted diversion.
The questions I'm unsure about:
- Reason for offence: any general advice on type of content, level of detail etc.?
- Is your family aware of the offence?: I am in a de facto relationship with no kids, is this question applicable to me? Do I consider my partner as family or is this about my brothers/sisters and parents? If so, what level of detail may they be looking for here?
Thanks in advance all.
