HI all, I'm after some advice...
I'm a participant of the NDIA requiring a new prosthetic limb.
The application for the new limb was lodged Aug 2019 with the NDIA and I am still trying to get a decision.
What I've just leant is that an NDIA employee (in Nov 2019) needed more information from my prosthetic specialist but because of a previous altercation with my specialist made a deliberate and conscience decision to not send out the enquiry or hand it over to someone to peruse. This has cost my application 7 months in limbo all the while my current prosthetic limb is falling apart causing more pain and discomfort. I'm not sure if I can take any legal action against NDIA?
