My husband had a court case regarding traffic disqualified driving, which he wanted to attend but got called for work and so he signed the plead guilty but by the time I went to hand it in. I was told an arrest warrant was issued for sentencing...

I still have the docs with me...What can we do now and what could be the likely outcome in the sentencing if he goes to the police and shows this document in court tomorrow?

Hi Irshana,

Unfortunately courts don't like to hear that you think work and other distractions are more important than them. Speak with a lawyer, you don't want to stuff this up any further. The courts have duty lawyers that might be able to offer some guidance.
