Woolworths contacts is a closed entity, you can only talk to the Customer experience centre If you do get banned from Woolworths, the law states, unless you get a letter in writing from Head Office, they can't ban you or call the police, when this happened to my friend I rang the police to enquire they said that they can only do something if it's in writing, do what my friend did she went back in no one challenged her she's been back several times since, they've allowed her back in so can't stop her now if they were serious they would have said something to her. We need to stand up to Woolworths, and not let them bully customers
If anyone wants the CEO's email address after much research I've found if
[email protected] maybe bombard him with emails about this bullying, it's not right. Woolworths are going against their customer service code of conduct, which states treat CUSTOMERS, team members, and others with dignity, courtesy and respect, they are not adhering to this, Woolworths is also in breach of the Australian Retail Association Code for banning Customers it also states, that the ban must be in writing. Woolworths are too fond of intimidating customers.
