What rights do I have in a residential property which has been willed to me as a Life Interest.. ?
It was bequeathed by my late Husband and I held ownership with him as a Tenant In Common.?
We purchased the property together in 2008 and he passed away in 2010.
Do the Remainderment (Adults) have any right to tell me how to "run" the property (residential home) or in fact claim it as one of their properties while I am alive ?
They were NOT named on the original Title when my Husband passed away, but their Lawyer claimed their names should be included in the title, dspite the fact the property named in the will was the property previously owned and sold prior to my Husband's death and the purchase of my current Property.?

Can I sell the property and downgrade ?
