I'm currently considering purchasing this self defense weapon from the U.S called SALT (Salt Supply Co. | Pepper Spray Gun for Home Defense), According to the producers it's a 'self defense firearm' that shoots plastic pellets that burst on contact releasing powdered pepper spray and tear gas immediately causing temporary blindness, difficulty breathing and sever impact distress and has been proven to be safe to use by the U.S military, police, and F.B.P (Federal Bureau of Prisons). I'm just not sure what rules and/or regulations apply to this self defense weapon.
