NSW Intellectual Property Law - Computer Generated Celebrity Look-a-likes in Adult Films - Legal?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering about the legality under Intellectual Property Law of Celebrity Lookalike adult websites where the images/videos are CGI (computer generated), and it is made clear that these are not in fact the celebrities, that it's all fake, and for entertainment purposes.

Unless it was genuine parody, then you may have a defamation problem.
