My brother passed leaving a Will that named me a executor and sole beneficiary of his estate. Because I am overseas I intend to engage a lawyer to manage the legal requirements/probate if require. The Will includes an asset of some value which is accessible and easily removed by any of my brother's detested (brother's description) estranged family, wife (20yrs) or adult offspring. Is there anyway to prevent any of the estranged family members from disposing of this or any other assets before the matter has gone before Probate and if she did if anything could be done about it.
