@Jezza90 do u have any tips for applying for a case? I would be dealing with VCAT. Is it a requirement for David of Bitxoin to be present at the case?

Hi @Josh
No requirement for in-person. Many businesses just phone-in if they are interstate, etc.

$6,990 lost to the skunk after depositing funds 17 June 2014, he wont answer his mobile and sent a text that he was in a meeting. Looks like he should not have been accepting deposits at all as he had no bitcoins to exchange. Okay lets say he has incurred a genuine problem and it could be fixed why would you not be completely open and honest about it and let people know. His assurances given on 30th June are proving to be worthless and nothing heard since, he has gone to ground but will appear in another get rich quick scheme in the future.
