If someone is going to forward to apply for an intervention order and they want to get the police to provide their assessment at this situation when they were called to the scene whenever they were called, who asks the police to provide that information?

Does the magistrate do this before the court hearing or is the applicant or the respondent so post to do this before the court hearing? What does the magistrate request that after the hearing?

The police come and take a lot of notes and then leave. How can that information be used in a civil intervention order case?

All intervention orders are civil in nature. It is the breaches that are criminal.

FOI requests, or subpoena.
