NSW Can They Cancel My Permanent Residency Visa?

My question is, if I received consideration of visa cancellation letter under section s116 and I have a permanent residency visa, and I have a baby with an Australian citizenship who was in Australia and the mother is on partner visa, can they cancel my visa and is this gonna destory my family? Will my Australian baby be a factor to prevent that?
