One of the items that give 10 points for visa 188a, is the registered trademark:

Trademarks registered not less than 1 year before that time and used in the day-to-day activities of the main business.

And my question is whether this trademark must be internationally registered or can be registered domestically (I mean registered in the applicant country).

Thanks a lot

Have you received a Nomination (that is, an invitation to apply) ?

No, I just want to submit my EOI form, and before it, I want to know if I should submit my trademark registration documents or not. My trademark is registered locally.

Unless they are in English, you'll need to accompany certified copies of the Georgian registration documents,
with accredited translation(s) into English.
There's some info about supporting documents here
(although it's more about applications than the EOI)
