I had a magistrate personally hand me a doctored court transcript .
2 pages of dialogue omitted all coincidentally relating to l including testimony which was proven to be false relating to deceitfully acquiring of $250,000.

A copy of the audio of the trial proved the transcript was not verbatim.
When presented to the ICAC
from the OPI, the commissioner stated he was king of the castle , Therefore no one higher to appeal to ,
He ruled no further investigation required

Then went on to issue a court order that the injured party is not allowed to discuss the outcome of those proceedings.
A judge doctors court transcript to protect unjust decision , and that is not worth investigating.

But to gag the individual who was denied justice already, from disclosing that OPI thinks it's ok for our court transcript to not reflect what actually was said during a trial

Is this legal ?
If it is, .... it shouldn't be.

Isn't it their function to ensure the conduct of law enforcement and those applying the law is just.

Dear JollyJumper,

You have already answered your own question. You have found out yourself that he can do it, and you found out that no one higher to appeal to. If you believe this outcome is unjust in some way, contact the media and see if they are sympathetic to your case for an a current affairs program - that’s what they are for …

Good luck!
