Morning all, would like your advise pls.

Parents A and B Joint Family Court Custody. 2 teenagers close to 15 and 17.
Teens have over the last 6 months made it very clear they dont want to go on access. As per orders parent B has strongly encourage teens to do so.
This has resulted in 2 very unhappy and stressed teens. Now it appears tracking devices have been placed on their phones or hidden somewhere in their bags. ( yes we are trying to find the tracker)
Is it legal to place a tracking device on Teens, without their knowledge or permission ? Both teens are very well behaved and not the sort to hang around places or just take off and get into trouble.

There is also other concerning evidence of coercive control being used on both teens.
