I have a question regarding Section s25 (2) Act. I have not attended Court which at the time was in 2019 however due to me not being able to attend I did personally hand in my Guilty plea letter to the court prior to the court date. Since then i was not in the Country and have returned recently (4 Years later). There was a warrant issued however I was not in the country at that time. The charges were, Driving whilst disqualified (habitual) & Mid range DUI. My question is, Would this warrant still be applicable today after all that time and if so what would be the best course of action moving forward. Thank you in advance.
