When an employee commits fraud, by using the sign of MD and his email address, and also increasing her salary without a contract signed or viewed, who do we report this to?
Is this federal police or local police matter, as an employee (who committed fraud) is only a permanent resident?
It is becoming very serious, as she is not turning up to work, however, she is still paying herself accordingly.
How to do this discretely so the other employees are not going to be disturbed?
