I received a Disobey No Stopping fine, I checked the time and location on the fine and confirm I was stopped for a matter of seconds, the reason I stopped was because my water bottle had fallen on the floor and in danger of going under the pedals, it was a danger and I stopped as an emergency, I requested a review of the fine and the result cane back that the fine stood ??
No one got in or out of the vehicle and you can see from the pictures they provided that my indicator light was on and brake lights on?
Does the reason for Stopping not constitute an emergency? If I couldn't brake the consequences could have been an emergency!
