I have resigned from the public service over a year ago. (Not a pretty resignation)
Today I find out they are still using my photo on their advertising banners etc. at large events.
I do not want to be associated with y previous employer whatsoever.
Can they still use my photo?
Thanks in advance

Maybe - depends on what rights you gave at the time of taking the photo.

If there is nothing in writing, suggest they either pay you for use of your image, or remove the photo.

This more an IP issue than employment law and I don't practice in IP, however I can ask around at work.

Agreed. And frankly, you probably don't have any.
It's their picture - that it is a picture of you is neither here nor there.
