I recently resigned from my casual position. The company then sent me an email stating that I signed an agreement with certain conditions. I do not have a copy of that contract as it was done online. I have a situation where people not bound by the contract want my help which would be a breach of the conditions the company says that I agreed to. Should I request a copy of the agreement?

While I agree with @Rod, I'll add this....

The Restraint Clause you're worried about... ?
Don't worry about it.
Go ahead and do the work. And yes, bill your former employer's customer(s) for it.
