Hi all could someone give me some help with a boundary dispute
The fence is on the boundary at the back of property but at front of property in loosing 20 cm . I spoke to my neighbor he doesn't want to to put fence back on boundary im currently starting to build a house so I need that bit of land as we are building next to boundary line .
