I have been researching an old civil court case from 1975 in the state of Victoria and it talks about how the action has been settled. I would really like to know what Bond No. 267 means as the writing says...
"Take Notice that this action has been settled and we, the undersigned solicitors for the plaintiff and the defendants respectfully hereby authorise and consent to the Bond no. 267 to the Prothonotary being discharged"
