I am on my 1st WHV (417). I have worked Self Employed part time in ACT in demolition on various renovation works, buildings sites, and footpaths in the inner city. The ACT area is counted as a Bushfire affected region. One of the examples of eligible specified work in bushfire recovery is; "demolition of buildings..." another is " residential and non-residential construction or renovation/repair, including of roads, footpaths..."

Each work day I invoiced under my ABN and I was paid via direct bank transfer. I have no written agreements with the demolition Company.

Does my work count towards my second visa and how do I provide proof?

If the work I have done doesn't count towards my second year visa, what are my options? I am currently working full time for blaze aid but I will be running 3 days short of the 88 days before my visa expires

Any advise very appreciated 🙏
