WA Will I have to Pay Family Court Costs?

If my husband takes me to family court because I won't accept a property settlement offer, will I have to pay the family court costs??

The Family Law Act 1975 holds that parties are ordinarily expected to pay their own costs, but the parties can apply to have their legal fees covered by the other party under certain circumstances, such as the proceedings being vexatious, unreasonably delayed, etc.
