VIC Will Ex Go Back to Prison?

The ex served 3 months in prison for stolen goods, not attending court and being on the run for 5 months and getting into a police chase. He is out now, but while he was locked up. He was charged with possession of an illegal firearm (they didn't find the weapon but he admitted to the police that he sold it), stolen car and multiple petrol runners.

He did these crimes before he was locked up and while he was on drugs.

My question is, will he be going back to prison? He has court next week. Or will the judge go easy on him and think his already been rehabilitated because he recently served 3 months?

Nope he used legal aid. He doesn't work. I'm just wanting to know what the chances are of him going to prison again and how long he might be looking at if he does
