I need to question the actions of a parking inspector to ensure that unfair penalisation does not continue. Which minister is responsible for the State Debt Recovery Office?

I'm not sure about New South Wales, but parking inspectors are usually employees of the local council. Local government is separate from state government, so there won't be a minister in charge. I'd start with your local councillor.

Start with the legal department for the council.

If that fails try the NSW Ombudsman.

In NSW there is a Ministry for Local Government but suspect they'd not likely be of any assistance.

SDRO will not hear your complaint about the actions of a parking officer.
This is because SDRO does not "own" parking officers.
In NSW, they are almost all employees of Council.

What's the problem?
