I need to lodge a claim to recover goods owned by me and in the possession of another party.
Requests have been made to return the goods and responses received that they will be returned but the goods have not been returned.
I'm trying to minimise costs to me and to the other party.
QCAT has been suggested and I contacted them. I was told to use either Form 1 or Form 3.
After downloading the forms I found that Form 1 seems to be for Consumer claims and Form 3 for liquidated claims (it has no option for the return of goods).
Can I apply through QCAT or must I lodge a Civil Claim?
